My explanation: very old and in a very nice state, which is very rare. Outer state is very important (too much important imo) in the cotation of the ls3/5a!

I agree Shushu. The cndition is very good. It's a pre-white belly and both drivers are the early versions.
This just shows home timeless the LS3/5A is!

around 2 months ago, i remember a gold badged rosewood 15 ohm Rogers fetching around gbp2.000 at ebay uk. The condition wasn't even as neat as the one's above.
